Skills
(Could be covered in Requirements; but we might omit if duplicate. However we have Skills heading maybe not needed. Could combine Requirements and Skills. But we already have Requirements includes skills. To avoid thin sections, maybe we drop Skills and keep Requirements only. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But headings are prescribed; we can still omit sections if not needed. We have Requirements (includes track record, skills, etc.) and Qualifications (degree). Could combine them into Requirements. Let's keep Requirements covering both track record and degree. Then we can drop Qualifications and Skills sections. Thus we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Now Benefits: from "What’s In It for You?" list. Let's extract: - Competitive base salary + UNCAPPED commissions - Monthly car allowance - 3 weeks PTO + 9 paid holidays (including 2 personal days) - Volunteer Time Off—give back to your community - Health, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance - 401(k) with company match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan - Company-provided laptop. Phone, and hotspot - Hands-on training and dedicated support from your Sales Director - Real opportunities for career growth in a fast-moving digital organization We should format as
- ... each. Pay: Base pay range and total compensation range. Also mention competitive base salary + uncapped commissions (but that's also benefit). Pay section should contain the specific ranges. We have: "Minnesota Base Pay Range:: $60,000 USD - $60,000 USD" (seems a typo same min and max). "Minnesota Total Compensation Range:: $75,000 USD - $90,000 USD". We'll include both. We should not duplicate "Competitive base salary + UNCAPPED commissions" in Pay if we already have it in Benefits; but it's okay to mention in Benefits as part of compensation. We'll keep Pay section with the ranges. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statements, drug-free workplace, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Take Your B2B Sales Career to the Next Leve!" (typo Leve!). We'll keep as is but maybe correct? We must not invent or summarize away detail; we should preserve exactly as given, but we can fix obvious typo? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing "Leve!" to "Level!" would be altering text. Better to keep as is. However it's a typo in original; we should keep it exactly? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does typo count as substantive? It's part of the posting. Changing it could be considered altering. Safer to keep original text. Thus we keep "Take Your B2B Sales Career to the Next Leve!". Now ensure we removed application instructions like "Ready to Build Your Future? If you’re serious about sales and ready to work hard for real rewards, we want to hear from you. Join us at Townsquare Interactive and help small businesses thrive—while you launch the career you’ve been waiting for." That's basically a call to action; is that considered application instructions? It's not exactly instructions to apply but encouraging. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove application instructions. This paragraph is more of a motivational closing; could be considered application instruction? It's not telling how to apply. Might be okay to keep? Safer to remove if it's akin to "Ready to Build Your Future? ... we want to hear from you." That's a call to action but not instructions. However it's still promotional. The instruction says remove application instructions, duplicated lines, and cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not exactly those. I'd keep it as part of About the role maybe. But we already have About the role covering intro; we could add that paragraph there. But we already have About the role with intro and why. We could add that closing paragraph as part of About the role. Let's incorporate: after why section, add that paragraph. Now check for duplicated lines: we have "Take Your B2B Sales Career to the Next Leve!" appears only once. Now ensure we didn't include any navigation
