Outside Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships within the Long Island community, specifically with the real estate community.
• Maintain and exceed sales goals by networking with centers of influence and identifying potential members in need of mortgage financing.
• Communicate mortgage programs, processes, and guidelines to prospective clients.
• Work with members to structure a mortgage loan that meets their needs.
• Attend networking events on behalf of FourLeaf in coordination with business development within the corporate and charitable community.
• Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), CFPB, and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• One to four years of mortgage sales experience required.
• NMLS License.
• PC, Windows, Internet proficiency and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills.
• Public speaking skills preferred.
• Travel required.

Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 annually plus commission. FourLeaf Federal Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
