What You'll Do
- Own the full origination cycle, sourcing residential loans, cultivating referral relationships, and guiding borrowers from application to close.

Licensing & Experience
- Candidates must hold an active NMLS license in at least one of the following states or in the District of Columbia: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
- Candidates should have mortgage origination experience.
- Existing referral relationships are a plus, but growth-minded originators looking to build and scale their business are encouraged to apply.
