Outside Maintenance Specialist
Job Overview
Maintains landscaping and the cleanliness of the outside property, including sidewalks, parking facilities, landscaped areas, and roadways. Responsible for winter snow removal and traffic control as needed. Additionally, assists guests and ensures a welcoming environment by routinely walking the property to pick up trash and maintain cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Valid Class D driver’s license is required with a good driving record.
- Outside maintenance and/or landscape experience or a combination to equal two years to include experience with small-engine equipment such as a snow blower or lawn mower.
- Ability to operate a forklift or sidewalk snow removal equipment or must be able to complete training to properly operate within the first 90 days of employment.
- DOT Medical Certification card may be required.
- Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
- Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 75% of time.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to move in a variety of motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/ or pushing.

Starting Pay
$19.00, additional compensation based on shift and experience.
Shift Options
- 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- 6:30 am. to 3:00 p.m.- Monday through Friday
