About the role
Value Added Distributors, LLC is hiring a full-time, high-impact sales role built for performance-driven professionals in Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast and Central Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your territory
- Possess strategic outreach and on-site visit skills
- Present tailored solutions to uncover needs and convert opportunities into revenue
- Negotiate deals and strengthen relationships with engineering, purchasing, and operational teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to track performance and adapt to market changes
- Aim for $1.5M–$3M in new revenue within your first two years
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint (SharePoint, Teams), and sales enablement tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and company strategy
- Ability to build strong relationships with engineering, purchasing, and operational teams
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience a plus
- Adaptable and willing to mentor others
- Adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Willingness to wear PPE when needed
- Ability to travel extensively (~80%) and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in OEM hose, hydraulics, or related industries
- Strong analytical and presentation skills

Schedule
This is a full-time Monday–Friday position, 8 AM–4 PM, with customer-driven hours and approximately 80% travel.
