Responsibilities
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including demos, proposals, and customer support.
- Operate and transport compact equipment for customer site visits and demonstrations.
- Sell and rent new and used compact lines such as brush chippers, stump cutters, mini skid steers, trenchers, and attachments.
- Identify customer needs and monitor market conditions and competitor pricing.
- Track sales pipeline and activities using Salesforce.
- Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale support to key accounts including owners, managers, and field personnel.
- Travel to customer sites daily and work independently.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- Previous outside sales experience, particularly in heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Compensation & Schedule
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 + commission.
Company-provided truck, fuel card, laptop, and cell phone.
Flexible schedule — no nights or weekends.

Qualifications
