Responsibilities

  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including demos, proposals, and customer support.
  • Operate and transport compact equipment for customer site visits and demonstrations.
  • Sell and rent new and used compact lines such as brush chippers, stump cutters, mini skid steers, trenchers, and attachments.
  • Identify customer needs and monitor market conditions and competitor pricing.
  • Track sales pipeline and activities using Salesforce.
  • Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale support to key accounts including owners, managers, and field personnel.
  • Travel to customer sites daily and work independently.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Previous outside sales experience, particularly in heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Schedule

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 + commission.

Company-provided truck, fuel card, laptop, and cell phone.

Flexible schedule — no nights or weekends.

Qualifications
