Outside Account Executive

About the role

iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans every month. We are the largest podcast publisher and have a strong presence in social media and live music events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings with clients and research
• Consistent daily cold-calling
• Cultivate existing business using iHeart’s full suite of products
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue
• Create effective marketing campaigns
• Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a proven goal-driven mindset and fast-paced work ethic
• Exceptional client service skills
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Communicates persuasively
• Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required

Qualifications

• The natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
• The ability to manage complex, multi-platform campaigns
• Analytics experience
• iHeart and/or audio advertising background
• Well-connected in the market
