About the role
iHeartMedia is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role leverages proven goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills to exceed clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivating existing business using our full suite of products
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data
Requirements
- Self-motivated (goal-oriented, expert negotiator)
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Communicates persuasively
- Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required
Qualifications
- The natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
- Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
- Analytics experience
- iHeart and/or audio advertising background
- Well-connected in the market

- In-depth knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
- Ability to apply expertise in a complex sales environment to service large accounts and/or complicated business segments
- Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers, adapting messaging and style based on customer needs
- Confidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement, and multiple sources of information
- Accountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members
- Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust

Pay
This position is paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 5.0%-10.0%.
