About the role
The role involves providing outreach services to women in need, including counseling, resource referrals, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to women in shelters and community centers
- Counsel individuals on accessing resources and support services
- Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers
- Coordinate events and workshops to raise awareness about women’s issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
