Outreach Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)

About the role

TEKsystems is seeking an Outreach Specialist responsible for contacting members, verifying enrollment information, reviewing coverage details, and supporting membership administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members to verify residency and enrollment information
• Review and validate payment status and enrollment details in internal systems
• Research and confirm member information using multiple platforms
• Send member communications using established templates
• Document interactions and findings accurately
• Track and follow up on pending enrollment or verification cases
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as appropriate
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of enrollment information

Requirements

• Previous customer service, customer support, or call center experience
• Experience making outbound calls preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Reliable and professional work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, insurance, or membership services experience
• Experience with enrollment verification processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or similar systems

Pay

$20.00/hour

Schedule

This is a fully onsite, contract position based in Honolulu, HI. Candidates must be able to work on-site throughout the duration of the assignment.
