Starting Compensation

$24.06 - $28.00 USD per hour

Working Location & Schedule

Fresno, CA
Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health setting or in a social service field
• Valid California Driver’s License and eligibility to meet agency driving criteria

Responsibilities

• Monitor Community Services social media accounts, website, and phone lines, responding to inquiries and crisis calls while coordinating team follow-up as needed
• Provide community outreach, engagement, and crisis intervention services
• Consult with clinical staff when appropriate
• Complete assigned county processes
• Promote destigmatizing mental health education
• Deliver services in homes, schools, workplaces, community, and office settings
• Document all services accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record
• Transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle when required

Division/Program Overview

Population Served: Clients ages 16-24
Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support throughout Fresno County
Core Services: Individual and family counseling, medication management, housing, education, and vocational support
