SEARCH is seeking a Substitute Teacher for Early Childhood Education. This role supports our mission to provide hope, create opportunity, and transform lives for men, women, and children experiencing homelessness. The position is based in Houston, Texas.

About half our team is based at HQ, while the other half works at off-site locations.
SEARCH operates on a hybrid work model, with most positions requiring in-office work 4 days per week and 1 day remote. Some roles require 100% in-person schedules, and new team members typically work 100% in person for at least the first three months of onboarding.
