Outreach Specialist

Memorial Hospital is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support preventative care initiatives by maintaining patient lists and scheduling necessary appointments.

Responsibilities

• Print and maintain lists of patients due for preventative care.
• Call patients to schedule necessary appointments as needed.
• Work to meet quality metrics and close patient care gaps.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is prorated based on scheduled hours and full-time equivalent (FTE).
