Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Customer Service, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Qualifications
