What You Will Do Every Day
- Naturally engage golfers and attendees in friendly conversation
- Share the mission and answer questions
- Build genuine connections
- Facilitate outreach activities
- Speak with potential supporters
- Ensure the event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown
When You Will Work
- Thursday–Sunday during daytime business hours
- Occasional early morning or evening events
- Daily travel directly from home to assigned local event locations
What You Need to Be Our Outreach Specialist
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor
- Tech-savvy with smartphone use for updates/reporting
- Comfortable working Thursday–Sunday shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors during events
- Experience in golf, community outreach, promotional events, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred)

Our hands-on approach includes over 120 Guardian Day events each weekend across a national network of golf course partners, making our mission impactful.
