Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Customer Service, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
