Outreach Specialist

About the role

The Outreach Specialist supports the Operations and Marketing Department in promoting CHOICE Healthcare Services regionally to generate new leads and drive new patient growth. This position reports to the Outreach Manager and focuses on regional marketing activities, community outreach, and brand representation at public events for dental services.

Responsibilities

• Promote dental practices by engaging with potential patients and referral partners to increase community awareness and generate new patient leads.
• Identify regional opportunities to represent the company as a CHOICE Ambassador at public events and grassroots outreach efforts to meet new patient growth goals.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver community engagement opportunities targeting specific demographics and patient segments.
• Serve as a role model for company ambassadors by exemplifying CHOICE Ambassador standards.
• Partner with regional clinics to engage area general practitioners and establish new patient referral streams.
• Develop knowledge of underserved community health and dental health issues in assigned geographic areas.
• Travel to target patient population areas to represent the company at community events and schedule new patients on-site.
• Engage families and individuals to educate them on the importance of pediatric and orthodontic dental care at CHOICE Healthcare Services.
• Respond to requests for information about the company, services, and basic dental care to empower patients to schedule appointments.
• Track leads generated via outreach efforts and analyze efficacy and return on efforts.
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed by management and the team.
• Support regional growth goals for new patient appointments by:
  • Scheduling targeted community outreach events to generate new patient leads.
  • Directly engaging potential new patients and scheduling appointments or gathering follow-up information.
  • Ensuring monthly appointment goals are met to support operational growth targets.
  • Engaging regional community partners to present oral health content and promotional messages to schools, businesses, and the public.
• Support marketing operations by:
  • Auditing assigned offices to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Understanding and complying with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing metrics and updating data for monthly marketing reports.
  • Coordinating regional marketing collateral needs and maintaining organized inventory.
  • Collaborating with clinic teams and cross-functional teams for patient retention efforts.
  • Preparing and delivering outreach promotional kits and gifts as directed.
  • Collaborating with other departments, including PCD, HR, finance, facilities, IT, and operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience and success in community outreach, including community mobilization and volunteer recruitment/management.
• Strong public speaking experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Ability to represent the company at campaigns/initiatives as assigned by management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service while upholding company values.
• Reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance are required.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience). This position is eligible to earn monthly bonuses.

Schedule

This position requires travel to target patient population areas to represent the company at relevant community events.
