We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "How to apply:" and the application instructions. Also remove "About A Greener World" maybe? That is substantive info about organization; but it's not a required heading? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content about role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. Also schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. Pay: we have salary range $42,000 – $52,000. So we can include Pay section. Benefits: we have generous benefits including paid time off, medical and dental coverage and 401(k). So Benefits section. We need to decide headings: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Some may overlap. We need to avoid filler. Let's extract substantive content. From posting: - About the job: Immediate opening for a high-impact professional at respected international non-profit empowering sustainable solutions in agriculture. At A Greener World (AGW), we are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers with the ability to work with a remote team across multiple projects and regions. As a part of A Greener World’s marketing team, you will be expected to recruit and support farmers and businesses seeking a third-party certification for their sustainable practices. You will work with staff across the U.S. and internationally, and will have immediate responsibility and accountability. AGW is headquartered in Terrebonne, Oregon with a global team; this is a U.S.-based remote position requiring communication via email, phone and video conferencing with a team across the country and the globe. The position is full-time with generous benefits (including paid time off, medical and dental coverage and 401(k)), with a starting salary range between $42,000 – $52,000 with opportunities for growth and professional development support. Candidates should enjoy providing exceptional service, have experience in sustainable supply chain development and demonstrate excellent communication skills. We’re looking for strong team players who appreciate diverse experiences and backgrounds, and are excited to join a nimble, globally active organization inspiring real and positive change. - The ideal candidate for this role is: (list bullet points) - A problem solver with a logistics mindset who is comfortable with complexity. - Enthusiastic about making connections between farms and buyers, with experience making sales and closing deals. - A thoughtful and effective communicator who is comfortable with and finds enjoyment in phone, email, video and in-person interactions and easily adapts to clients’ preferred communication. - Excited about working remotely, with a proven track record of success working independently and managing time effectively - Experienced in sales preferred, with additional experience in an agriculture, supply chain development or other food-related field a bonus. - Passionate about our mission to transform farming to benefit people, animals and the environment – and motivated to advance our mission through this role. - The day-to-day: The Outreach Specialist will primarily focus on identifying and recruiting farmers and brands to add AGW certification. This position reports to the Director of Communications and Outreach. Key responsibilities include: - Recruitment: Initiate contact and follow up with farmer and brand contacts interested in AGW certification, maintain records of leads, perform ongoing research to expand list of leads and increase applications for AGW certification. - Support the development of supply chains by connecting buyers with farmers, and the development and certification of producer groups. - Coordinate and attend conferences, extension meetings, producer group meetings and workshops in order to recruit farmers and brands, and promote the program. Coordinate advertising, travel, materials, and expenses associated with such events, as well as post-event evaluation. - Serve as first point of contact for businesses unfamiliar with AGW and succinctly and effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of certification. - General Marketing and Outreach: Serve as primary contact for farms and brands interested in certification - Develop recruitment-focused materials as well as content for social media, blogs, website, newsletters, etc. as needed. - Organize events and workshops to recruit farms and brands, as needed. - Position Requirements: - Understanding of sustainable agriculture from farm to retailer. - Experience with Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and basic experience with Adobe products, automated meeting schedulers, Canva, social media and contact management platforms necessary. - Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time (some events may span multiple days or fall on weekends or evenings) and lift 50 lbs. - Ability to independently organize, coordinate and execute projects and events. We also have "About A Greener World" description of organization; could be included as part of About the role or separate section "About the organization". But instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can stick to those. The "About A Greener World" could be part of About the role (since it's about the organization). We'll incorporate that into About the role paragraph. We need to avoid duplication. Also remove "How to apply:" and everything after. Also remove EEO statement etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • ...
    • ...
Maybe also Skills section? Could combine Requirements and Skills? But we have both Requirements (travel, lift, organize) and Skills (communication, problem solving, sales experience, etc). The "ideal candidate" list could be Skills or Qualifications. We'll decide: Qualifications could be the ideal candidate bullet list. Skills could be the Office Suite etc. But we have both. Let's create:

    Qualifications

    • Problem solver with logistics mindset comfortable with complexity.
    • ...

    Skills

    • Experience with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with Adobe products, automated meeting schedulers, Canva, social media, contact management platforms.
    • ...
But we also have "Experience in sustainable supply chain development" etc. That could be in Qualifications or Requirements. We'll decide. We need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into Requirements? But we have distinct categories. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes qualifications, skills, travel/lift), Benefits, Pay. That's 5 sections. That seems reasonable. Thus: - About the role: paragraph describing role, organization, remote, full-time, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: includes understanding of sustainable agriculture, experience with Office Suite, travel up to 30%, lift 50 lbs, ability to independently organize, plus ideal candidate traits (problem solver, logistics mindset, sales experience, communication, remote work passion, mission passion). Could also include experience in sustainable supply chain development, exceptional service, team player, etc. - Benefits: list of benefits (paid time off, medical and dental coverage, 401(k)). - Pay: salary range $42,000 – $52,000, plus opportunities for growth and professional development support. We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract each piece. About the role paragraph: combine: "Immediate opening for a high-impact professional at respected international non-profit empowering sustainable solutions in agriculture. Candidates should enjoy providing exceptional service, have experience in sustainable supply chain development and demonstrate excellent communication skills. We’re looking for strong team players who appreciate diverse experiences and backgrounds, and are excited to join a nimble, globally active organization inspiring real and positive change." We might also include the "About A Greener World" description: "A Greener World (AGW) identifies, audits, certifies and promotes practical, sustainable farming systems by supporting farmers and ranchers and informing consumers. AGW’s growing family of trusted certifications includes Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW, Certified Grassfed by AGW, Certified Regenerative by AGW and Certified Non-GMO by AGW. Each program is designed to have positive and measurable impacts on the environment, society and animals, and to encourage truly sustainable farming practices. AGW’s standards and procedures are robust, transparent and achievable. A nonprofit funded by donations, AGW offers a range of resources to help people make informed food choices, including an Online Directory of certified farms and products and Food Labels Exposed--a definitive guide to food label claims (available in print and online)." This is substantive about organization; we could incorporate into About the role as extra sentences. It's not boilerplate; it's description of org. We'll include. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer. Now Responsibilities list: - Initiate contact and follow up with farmer and brand contacts interested in AGW certification, maintain records of leads, perform ongoing research to expand list of leads and increase applications for AGW certification. - Support the development of supply chains by connecting buyers with farmers, and the development and certification of producer groups. - Coordinate and attend conferences, extension meetings, producer group meetings and workshops in order to recruit farmers and brands, and promote the program. Also note: "The Outreach Specialist will primarily focus on identifying and recruiting farmers and brands to add AGW certification. This position reports to the Director of Communications and Outreach." Could be included as a responsibility or as part of About the role. We'll add as a responsibility bullet: "Identify and recruit farmers and brands to add AGW certification; reports to the Director of Communications and Outreach." Now Requirements list: - Understanding of sustainable agriculture from farm to retailer. - Experience with Office Suite
