About the Opportunity: The Outreach & Referral Coordinator drives organic growth by expanding and optimizing the organization’s referral program. This role manages referral operations, builds relationships with key users and micro-communities, and identifies opportunities to increase participation and referral activity. The position contributes directly to user acquisition, community engagement, and overall business growth. Responsibilities: • Manage the referral program, including tracking, payouts, communications, and ongoing administration.• Engage power users, community leaders, and micro-influencers to expand referral participation.• Conduct outreach to potential referral partners, including bloggers, community organizers, and group owners.• Monitor referral metrics and identify opportunities to improve participation and program performance.• Coordinate with Growth and Marketing teams on referral campaigns and promotional initiatives.• Respond to user questions and resolve disputes related to referral activity and payouts.• Track referral traffic, signups, conversions, and program performance.• Prepare monthly reports on referral activity, growth, and return on investment.• Identify and develop new strategies to strengthen word-of-mouth and community-driven acquisition. Requirements: • No degree required.• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of a referral program.• Comfortable tracking and analyzing data using spreadsheets, dashboards, or similar tools.• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong relationship-building skills.• Interest in growth marketing, community building, referrals, or word-of-mouth marketing.• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
