Outreach Program Manager (RN)

This position coordinates outreach and education programs aligned with the service line's strategic plan, fostering relationships with healthcare and community partners. It involves developing effective tools and initiatives for stakeholders, collaborating with leadership to implement educational activities, and promoting the service line's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional communication and partnerships with healthcare and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to coordinate outreach initiatives.
• Advocate for the service line in line with organizational goals.
• Implement educational programs based on strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
