Outreach and Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities
Enroll qualified patients into state‑funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state‑funded assistance. Develop and maintain working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred but not required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service.
- Commitment to MFHC’s mission of equitable, accessible healthcare.
Skills
- Bilingual communication (English/Spanish).
- Customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with community partners.

Pay
Salary: $23‑$25.19 annually (DOQ)
