We are recruiting four Outreach Advisers to join an exciting new project in Darlington. This role is more than a job—it's an opportunity to make a lasting difference to families by providing high-quality advice and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist advice across a range of enquiry areas
• Build effective relationships within communities and local organizations
• Promote and develop the new service
• Contribute to its long-term success

Requirements

• Empathy, compassion and a commitment to making a difference
• Strong written, verbal and numeracy skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to communicate clearly and manage competing priorities
• Experience providing generalist advice
• Confidence working with vulnerable clients and community partners

Qualifications

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
