Digital & Print Solutions (D&PS) Output Management Specialist

The Digital & Print Solutions (D&PS) Output Management Specialist supports MetLife’s enterprise print, graphic communications, and digital storefront environments by providing system, workflow, reporting, and customer service expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital print workflows, output management, and production environments.
• Experience with Digital Storefront (DSF), ePace, or similar job submission and production systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and support audits.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working across technical, production, and customer-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prepress, digital storefront and fulfillment workflow.
• Print knowledge.

Location Expectation

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $54,500 - $72,700. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
