Outpatient Therapist - Fee For Service
About the Role
Outpatient Therapist position offering hybrid or fully virtual work settings on a per diem / fee-for-service basis. A minimum of 10 hours per week is required, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.
Arbour Hospital provides high-quality, patient-focused behavioral healthcare across a continuum of specialized services. Serving the greater Boston area since 1909, our medical staff includes psychiatrists with an average of 20 years of practice at our facility. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and offer a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Support clients through collaboration with medical service providers, state agencies, mental health services (including crisis services), and other community resources
- Manage your own schedule
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling, eligible for Massachusetts clinical licensure
- Eligibility for licensure is required; current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PhD preferred
- Current Massachusetts resident required
