Outpatient TherapistJob description:Job Purpose:We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Outpatient Therapist (OPT) to join our team. This role involves conducting client assessments, managing a caseload, and collaborating with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality mental health services. The ideal candidate is licensed, experienced, and passionate about client-centered care.Location: Fully Remote; minimal travel required to sitesHours: Part-Time, 16-20 hours per week, flexible scheduleThe Contractor shall provide the following services at the agreed-upon rates:A. Clinical & Diagnostic Services (Fee-for-Service)● Diagnostic Assessments: 50% per event● Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: 50% per event● Outpatient Therapy (Telehealth/In-Person): 50% per event Reports To: Director of Clinical Services and OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesClient AssessmentsEvaluate Urgency & Complexity: Assess clients to determine appropriate next steps and prioritize interventions.Medical Necessity Determination: Ensure clients meet medical necessity criteria for appropriate care levels.Collaborate with Clinical Director: Help allocate resources effectively across all locations.Referral Qualification: Evaluate incoming referrals to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.Admissions Decisions: Make informed decisions based on company policies and client needs.Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct diagnostic assessments, gathering information on medical history, mental health status, and social support.Risk & Strength Evaluation: Identify risk factors, strengths, and available resources to inform treatment planning.Caseload ManagementProvide outpatient therapy and diagnostic assessments as needed.Flexibility & Work-Life BalanceWe recognize that the mental health field requires adaptability.
