Responsibilities
- Facilitate DBT skills groups as part of an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for clients struggling with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using DBT-informed interventions.
- Provide psychoeducation and coaching on DBT principles to support client progress.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers.
- Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while fulfilling program needs.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing DBT training as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with a clinical-based internship completed.
- DBT training preferred

Pay
$53,000-$57,000 annually, based on experience, education, and licensure
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
