Outpatient Therapist
About the role
The ideal candidate would be fully licensed LCSW/LPC/LCSW or LCP. Experience with substance abuse treatment, treating eating disorders, or other specialties are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses
- Create, implement and maintain treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Passion for various therapeutic approaches
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
Skills
- Ability to develop/maintain a client base
- Strong communication skills

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
