Outpatient Therapist
About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles, including initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments
- Develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs)
- Provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles
- Engage family members or support systems in the care process
Requirements
- Master’s degree and mental health licensure (LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A))
- Dual licensure (LCAS (A)) preferred
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work-related travel
