About the job
We have an opportunity for an Outpatient Therapist to provide clinical services on-site in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Therapist reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform a Provisional Assessment for individuals experiencing crisis.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
- Receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
- Eligible to participate in our supervision toward licensure program after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Must have Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred.
- Must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Qualifications
- Must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay
$6,000 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
