Outpatient Therapist (1099)

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, intake evaluations, and assessments
• Developing therapeutic relationships focusing on recovery and wellness
• Maintaining accurate documentation per standards
• Coinciding care with other providers and participating in clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Completion of graduate internship/practicum
• Experience in individual therapy, intake, assessment, and documentation
• Technological proficiency with EHR systems
• High standards of ethical and professional conduct; license not required
