Outpatient Team Lead (Physical Therapy Assistant)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing hands-on outpatient therapy services
• Helping support and guide day-to-day clinic operations
• Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and team communication
• Building strong relationships with patients, staff, and facility partners
• Encouraging a positive, upbeat clinic culture
• Helping grow and strengthen our outpatient therapy presence

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed PTA in Michigan
• Outpatient experience preferred (but we’re open to the right personality and attitude!)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Someone who enjoys leadership and teamwork
• Great communication and people skills
• Positive energy and a patient-first mindset
