Lead Physical Therapist - Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Georgia Carolina Orthopedics. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a generous sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to other therapists
• Mentor and prepare therapists for advanced certifications and residencies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage caseloads effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and professional development
