Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Serve as an advocate and educator for patients throughout their healthcare journey
- Ensure every patient receives respectful, dignified, and high-quality care
- Provide meaningful support to patients and families in the Midland community
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Texas Board of Nursing License, in good standing
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Strong customer service and patient education skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
