Outpatient RN - Cardiopulmonary Rehab (IRP/Contingent)

About the role

The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient's involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization. The clinic nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, the patient experience, quality and safety, and cost effective care.

Responsibilities

• Managing and providing care to the patient and his/her family
• Directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team
• Assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) accredited nursing program
• Current Ohio license or interim permit
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred
