As a staff nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will operate within organizational policies, demonstrating professional growth, accountability, and maintaining standards of practice. Your responsibilities include coordinating patient care activities among staff to ensure quality and safety.
