About the role

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role operates within organizational policies and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain practice standards
• Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
• Valid Georgia RN license and/or NLC/eNLC multistate license required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Additional advanced certifications in specialty fields are a plus
