Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration
• Verify demographic and insurance details
• Obtain authorizations
• Discuss payment options with patients
• Address billing inquiries
• Work closely with clinical staff and billing departments to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve account discrepancies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Effective communication and multi-tasking skills
• Analytical skills
• Customer service experience

Qualifications

• Previous hospital experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Schedule

Per diem, day shifts.
