Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive patient assessments and managing vascular access and dialysis machines.Administering IV medications and closely monitoring patient progress during treatment.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educating patients and families on treatment procedures and health management.Ensuring compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.
