Outpatient Radiologic Tech

About the role

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic X-Ray examinations in accordance with departmental standards. The incumbent interacts with physicians, staff, and others in the efficient and service-oriented operation and performs all job functions in a courteous and professional manner consistent with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust diagnostic imaging equipment
• Explain procedures to patients
• Position patients and equipment for imaging

Requirements

• AAS Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
• Current ARRT registration and NYS license (or eligible)
• CPR Certification

Pay

Pay Range: $32.10–$44.96 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary based on location.
