Outpatient Psychiatrist - Locum Coverage

About the role

This outpatient psychiatry role requires a board-certified MD to provide adult psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management for conditions such as bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-time outpatient psychiatric services during day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide follow-up care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide call coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Experience in outpatient settings managing adult psychiatric conditions.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation coverage as needed.
