About the role
We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists who can join us on our mission to transform mental health. You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities.
Responsibilities
- No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call
- After-hours urgent support
- Hybrid work schedule - 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth, or a four-day work week
- Part of an integrated care team with dedicated providers and support staff
- Opportunity to participate in advanced treatments like TMS and Spravato
- Full administrative support provided
- Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range
Requirements
- Active license in the state of Texas
- Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in Texas
- Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry is preferred but not required
- Passionate about our mission to make mental health more accessible, affordable, and effective

Schedule
The majority of our offices operate 3 days a week onsite and 2 days a week telehealth. A four-day work week is also possible. More in-person time is expected upfront as you build your patient case load and schedule telehealth days.
