About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our rapidly growing team at Serenity Healthcare. Our mission is to provide exceptional psychiatric care through innovative treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine Infusion Therapy, while also ensuring our providers have the resources to focus on their patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care using advanced treatment modalities such as TMS and Ketamine Infusion Therapy
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quarterly events and annual retreats to enhance professional development
• Manage caseload efficiently to maintain high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
• Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the corresponding state of clinic location
• Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
• Must be a United States Citizen or hold a Green Card

Qualifications

• Experience in providing psychiatric care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively

Skills

• Knowledge of TMS and Ketamine Infusion Therapy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
