About the role
We are actively recruiting for passionate Outpatient Psychiatrists who can join us on our mission to transform mental health accessibility, affordability, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call schedule
- Afters hours urgent support available
- Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth, or a four-day work week possible
- Part of an integrated care team including prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and a full support team
- Opportunity to provide advanced treatments like TMS and Spravato
- Competitive base salary and quality outcomes bonus
- Additional compensation for APP supervision
- CMEs: Four days off and up to $4,000 reimbursement per year
Requirements
- Active license in the state of Texas
- Active DEA license and Controlled Substance license in Texas
- Board Eligible or Active Board Certified with American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Open to seeing a variety of patient case types and broad age range
