The Boston Home is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and innovative professional to lead and grow their B.Fit! Wellness Program.
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful opportunities for social connection, education, and recreation.
- Empower participants to build a supportive environment that promotes long-term health, independence, and quality of life.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, families, and volunteers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years full time experience in therapeutic recreation, adult activity program, Social Services or rehabilitation services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with public speaking and leading group discussions in-person and using virtual platforms.
- Ability to be flexible and innovative based on program and participant needs.
