We offer outpatient primary care responsibilities only, with small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients. Our fully supportive care team enables our doctors to spend time with their patients and provide outstanding care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care to senior patients in a patient-centric, outpatient setting
- Lead care teams with a focus on addressing both medical and social needs of patients
- Provide comprehensive care, particularly for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduate
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Active, non-probationary state medical license
- Highly collaborative with a patient-centric orientation
- Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care, including availability to patients
- Passion for caring for seniors and medically underserved populations
- Driven to be part of a fast-growing organization
