Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care only.
• Deliver high-quality primary care, being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs.
• Lead care teams with a patient‑centric orientation.
• Care for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved.

Requirements

• Active, non‑probationary state medical license.
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduate.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but not required.

Pay

Above‑market compensation that includes a base salary plus a bonus based on quality metrics (not RVUs or volume).
