Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient primary care to senior members in comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics.
- Focus on continuity of care and building relationships with patients in a wellness-focused community.
- Spend more time with patients to address their medical and social needs comprehensively.
- Lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation, ensuring high-quality primary care.
- Care for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved populations.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. graduate.
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.
- Active, non-probationary state medical license.
- Highly collaborative with a passion for leading care teams.
- Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, including addressing both medical and social needs.
- Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved.
- Passionate about work and energized by being part of a fast-growing organization.
