Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant assists in the provision of physical therapy interventions to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current applicable state(s) temporary/permanent license as a Physical Therapy Assistant required or in compliance with the state practice act.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Positions in Home Care will require current valid Driver's License with vehicle available for work covered by liability insurance as specified by agency policy.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.24 to $34.16 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
