Outpatient Physical Therapist (Sign-On and Relocation bonuses available)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care, including reviewing medical history and diagnosing movement issues
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury
• Spend approximately 40 minutes per patient and record progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with a clinic where pelvic health is a core focus, under mentorship from experienced leaders

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida
• Proficient in computer and EMR software applications
• All experience levels encouraged to apply

Pay

$85,000 - $100,000 annually with sign-on bonuses up to $15,000
