About the role
Fitness Quest Port Charlotte is an outpatient clinic where pelvic health is a core specialty, led by a Director who personally treats pelvic health patients and mentors the team. This role offers direct mentorship in pelvic health and advanced manual therapy in one of Florida’s fastest-growing counties—Charlotte County’s population grew 11% in 20 months, with over 17,000 new housing units forecasted between 2025 and 2030. The combination of a pelvic health-treating director and advanced manual therapy training in a booming market provides a unique opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Review patients' medical history
- Provide excellent individualized care for patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
- Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Requirements
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Physical Therapist license in Florida (or ability to begin licensing process expeditiously)
- Working knowledge of computer and EMR software applications
- All experience levels encouraged to apply

Pay
$85,000–$100,000 per year, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
